step 1
Face each other
Sit close, phones away. Eye contact is legal and encouraged - it's half the difficulty.

Alternate compliments
Take turns. Each compliment must be genuine and specific ('you're nice' is a foul; 'you're the person everyone quietly hopes shows up' scores).

Enforce the losses
You lose the round by repeating a compliment, stalling ten seconds, or fully losing composure. Blushing is damage; laughing is defeat.
step 4
Play themed rounds
Round one: personality. Round two: looks. Round three: 'us' compliments (what you two are together). Best of three takes the title.
